Bold architecture, vibrant culture and resilient design inspire a new vision for the office of the future in Boston’s Back Bay.

380 Stuart is an intelligently designed 642,000 SF, 28-story office tower with private terraces, an indoor-outdoor roof deck, elevated amenities, integrated, touchless building systems and enhanced health and well-being measures tailored to meet the modern professional’s needs. We worked with the client to strategically position this design-forward project at the forefront of Boston’s competitive Class A office market.

More than
the office.

By focusing on its modern architecture, intelligent design and operations and multi-layered amenities, we were able to tell the story of 380 Stuart in a fresh and elevated manner. Printed and digital collateral reflects the total experience in a clean, elegant way.

At home at the office.

Bright and engaging, 380 Stuart's building amenities and retail contribute to the energy and vitality of the neighborhood. With richly activated spaces for convenience, wellness and social activities, 380 Stuart offers vibrancy day and night. By helping the client to focus on a multi-layered amenity structure they offered, we could speak to multiple audiences at the same time.

Built to inspire.

380 Stuart is focused on creating an inspiring experience, creating a work environment that is more than the sum of its parts. It’s not about being greater. It’s about working in more fully realized and satisfying ways. As we invest in the future, it’s vital to take a wider view - one that sees opportunity for a new way to live and work together.

Next gen, now.

Let’s be specific about how 380 Stuart is different. How does the workplace support the whole life of its occupants? If we multi-task at home, how can we multi-task at the office? Social ties at work are key (after-work running clubs!). Building operations that are sustainable and resilient (electric building!). When we think about the next generation of the urban office, this is what we mean.
