The Harlo is a true respite in the middle of Boston's bustling Fenway neighborhood. Beautiful, modern and refined - all present in a singular living experience. We were engaged to roll out the branding, develop collateral systems and the website, support placemaking efforts and create a social media strategy to support the launch. 

Intentional Connections.

For any new development, particularly residential projects, it is critical to build an engaging and active social media strategy around it. The roles that social play in bringing a new project to market are myriad - brand ambassador, aspirational platform, event planner, community bulletin board. With that in mind, it is always important to keep the core goals of the social media campaign front and center.

First and foremost is the goal of telling The Harlo story and reinforcing the main brand tenants of community, artful living, tailored amenities and active city living in historic (and modern) Fenway.
