Two Drydock represents how new construction can bring an inventive office campus to a district grounded by a rich industrial history.

Located in Boston’s Drydock district, Two Drydock is a 14 story, 225,000-square-foot mixed use building providing an experience-based workplace. At the outset of design & construction, we partnered with the client to dive into aspects of the project that were crucial to its following success. This included research into the history of the site and its surrounding district, as well as the ideal environment for future tenants looking to marry new technology with smart amenities and bold, industrial architecture.

Smart, seamless
& straighforward.

The approach to the Two Drydock brand - across print and digital platforms, was about efficiency. It was key to focus on the ground-breaking ways this development was designed, built and set to operate. All this was presented with the understanding that potential tenants appreciated both future-proof workspace and a storied local legacy.

A creative space for modern industry.

Before the actual branding and construction of Two Drydock, we helped the project team facilitate an in-depth visioning exercise that resulted in a detailed brief that served as a framework for the project moving forward. Throughout the process, stakeholders from the design team, developers, leasing brokerage joined in to find effective ways to balance benefits to the community and the local industries already growing in neighborhood presence.

Tactical touchpoints.

Time and information are two of the most important drivers in Two Drydock’s physical & digital interfaces. It is critical for potential tenants to experience a smooth, concise mobile experience with readily available contact information for the leasing team. All experienced through streamlined, classic and accessible design that speaks to the modern industrial nature of the project itself.
